First of all, thank you for visiting my page. I know that the internet is awash with blogs so it’s always nice to get a wee bit of attention, it makes me feel special.

My name is Steph, I’m 28 years old and I was born in bonnie Scotland. I’m currently working in Edinburgh as a magazine journalist after a long arduous slog to get on the career ladder. I’ve done a fair bit of travelling in my time including a year spent teaching English in China, four summers at a kids sleep away camp in upstate New York along with trips to South Africa, Thailand and Hong Kong.

The cat’s out the bag: I love an adventure. Different cultures and people fascinate me and my travels have taught me a lot about myself and the world we live in.

My intention for this blog is to provide a very honest and hopefully relatable account of  my experiences as a twenty something woman chasing her dreams, while offering some advice, with plenty of tears and giggles along the way.
